Paper muffin cup liners
Your favorite ice cream
Licorice whips
Raisins
Pointed waffle cone
Cinnamon candies
Pretzel twists
Chocolate chips

For clown collar, flatten a muffin cup liner on a plate. For the head, your favorite ice cream on the center of liner using a rounded scoop. For clown hair cut licorice whips in half. Lay licorice across the top of ice cream half. Add raisins for eyes, cinnamon candies for cheeks, a pretzel for the nose, raisins for the mouth.

For the hat, turn waffle cone upside down and place on top of the clown head. To make the hat brim, flatten a muffin liner, cut out the center. Unfold and slip over the cone. Slide it down, so the brim lays around the wide end of the cone.

Optional: You may also use chocolate chips for the clown mouth. Make and freeze ahead for a special after school treat.
