ITALIAN CHICKEN BREAST 
1 pkg. Shake & Bake
1/2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
8 half chicken breasts
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Remove skin from chicken. Mix Shake & Bake with bread crumbs. Shake chicken pieces in bag with the crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Mix broth and soup together, pour over chicken breasts. Cover and bake 1 hour longer.
