NOODLE BEEF 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 can tomato soup
1 med. sized onion
1 sm. pkg. thin noodles

Brown meat in skillet with no grease. Add chopped onion. Cook noodles in salt water. Add soup to meat in skillet. Rinse can with half full of water. Add chopped Velveeta cheese and mix all together. Pour into greased casserole, top with buttered cracker crumbs and bake in oven 350 degrees until crumbs get brown. Approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
