OVEN BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. stew beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
2 chopped onions
3 diced celery ribs
6 sliced carrots
4 lg. potatoes, diced
Cabbage leaves

In 9 x 13 casserole dish, layer meat, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put vegetables over meat. Mix soups and water together and pour over vegetables and meat. Cover with cabbage leaves, completely. Tuck in edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Cabbage leaves brown. Discard leaves before serving.
