SHRIMP NEW ORLEANS 
5 lbs. shrimp in shells, rinsed
1 lb. butter (4 sticks)
2 oz. black pepper
16 oz. Italian dressing
Juice of 4 lemons

Place shrimp in roasting pan with cover. Melt butter, add other ingredients. Pour mixture over shrimp. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally.
