TASTY BANANA CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. thinly sliced ripe bananas
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1/4 c. cold coffee
2 eggs

FROSTING:

1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
2 to 3 tbsp. cold coffee

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. In large bowl, blend first 5 ingredients. Pour into greased pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cake springs back when touched in center. Cool. Mix frosting until smooth.

To make sour milk, combine 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice and enough milk to make 1 cup.
