GOURMET MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. mushrooms (med.)
1 cube butter
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. white wine (French Colombard is the best)
1 tbsp. marjoram leaves
1 tbsp. chives
1 tsp. salt

Put cleaned mushrooms in large pot. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. When thoroughly blended put over mushrooms. Cook on high for 1 hour.

This recipe can be prepared in a crock pot. Simply put all the ingredients in the pot and cook on high for at least 4 hours.
