MELTIN' MOMENTS 
2 c. (1 lb.) butter
2/3 c. powdered sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/3 c. cornstarch

Cream all ingredients. Make small balls. Make thumb indent. I use large cake decorating tube. Bake 15 minutes at 315 degrees. Makes about 200. Decorate while warm.

FROSTING:

1/2 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon or orange juice

Mix all ingredients. I use cake decorator for frosting.
