GINGER SNAPS 
3 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. molasses
4 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter, brown sugar, eggs and molasses. Add soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Gradually mix in flour. Refrigerate couple hours or overnight. Roll into balls. Roll in sugar. Do NOT flatten. Use ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
