GOURMET EASY CHICKEN 
6-8 chicken breasts, boned and skinless
6-8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. sherry or white wine
Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Line shallow pan with chicken breasts. Top each with slice of Swiss cheese. Cover with one can of cream of chicken soup mixed with sherry or wine. Sprinkle with Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
