CHEESE CAKE 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can fruit pie filling

Soften cheese at room temperature. Beat cream cheese until it's fluffy. Add milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into graham cracker crust. Let sit 2 or 3 hours. Cover with pie filling.
