"CHICKEN RICE MEAL" 
1 c. rice (half white and half wild, if desired)
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans milk
1 chicken fryer, cut up

Butter 9 x 13 cake pan. Sprinkle in rice. Over this sprinkle dry onion soup. Mix together cream of chicken soup and 1 can milk. Pour over rice and dry onion soup mix. Place chicken pieces on top (skin up). Mix cream of mushroom soup and 1 can milk. Pour over chicken. Cover pan with heavy foil and seal well. Bake 1/2-2 hours at 350 degrees. Remove foil last 15 minutes to brown.
