LEMON ICE CREAM PIE 
Graham cracker crust - use 10 inch pie pan
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 (6 oz.) lemonade concentrate
Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon

Put ice cream, slightly softened in food processor, on and off several times. Add lemonade, rind and juice of a lemon. Mix well until blended. Put in shell and freeze.
