JALAPENO CORN 
2 sticks butter
1 c. milk
16 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. chopped jalapenos
2 1/2 lbs. frozen corn or 5 or 6 cans

Melt first three ingredients together over low heat and stir together. Stir jalapenos into creamed mixture. Microwave or heat corn on the stove. Stir corn into creamed mixture. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
