BEEF GOULASH | |
1 lb. ground chuck 2 med. cans tomato sauce 1 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese 1 sm. box macaroni 1 med. onion, chopped 1 med. bell pepper, chopped Oregano, salt & pepper to taste Saute meat, onion and bell pepper until done. Cook macaroni until nearly done, drain. Mix meat mixture, macaroni, tomato sauce and cheese. May add small amount of sugar, if needed. May also add 1 can of tomatoes if mixture is dry. Pour all into casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees until cheese is melted, approximately 30 minutes. |
