DOCTORED RAGU 
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu extra thick and zesty, flavored with meat
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. onion powder or 1 med. onion, finely diced
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 Paul Mason Golden Cream Sherry
1/2 finely diced celery
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
1 tsp. chili powder (optional)
2 sticks thinly sliced pepperoni
1 (15 oz.) can mushrooms

Brown ground beef with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 2 teaspoons chili powder. Add Ragu. Rinse bottle with small amount of water and add in. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat long enough to mix flours. Use as spaghetti sauce or sauce for other Italian dishes.
