SHRIMP STROGANOFF 
1 med. onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 drops hot sauce
2 c. med. shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/2 - 3/4 c. sour cream

Saute onion, garlic, green pepper, mushrooms and parsley in butter until tender, blend in flour and cook 1 minute. Gradually add bouillon; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in salt, pepper and hot sauce, mixing well. Add shrimp and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thoroughly heated. Serve over hot cooked noodles. Serves 2, double recipe for 4.
