MELT IN YOUR MOUTH COOKIES 
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter and cream cheese. Add sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and salt. Beat until it is very light and fluffy. Blend in flour and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoons on lightly greased cookie sheet, about 1 inch apart. Bake for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Do not over bake.
