TURKEY GLAZED MEATLOAF
1 pkg. ground turkey
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. poultry seasonings
2 tbsp. catsup

GLAZE:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine bread crumbs and mix in a bowl. Add turkey, egg, onion seasonings, and catsup. Mix well and pat into small meatloaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients and spoon over meatloaf. Bake 20 additional minutes.

TO MICROWAVE: Combine ingredients. Pat into a round microwave safe dish. Cover with wax paper. Cook at High 15 to 17 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn every 4 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, combine glaze ingredients and spoon over meatloaf, continue cooking uncovered. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Serves 4 to 6 for small eaters, it is so good I ate half of it when I made it. You could use egg beaters instead of eggs if you are cholesterol conscious; and sweet and low brown sugar if the calories or sugar seem too much. The taste of the egg beaters is the same, but I found the substitute sugar was not.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
