HAMBURGER GOULASH 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. macaroni
1 can red kidney beans
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can tomatoes
Salt and pepper

Brown onion and beef in oil; drain off excess fat. Add cooked macaroni to the meat mixture; then add tomatoes, beans, salt, and pepper. Add cheese and mix well. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. You can add leftover green beans or corn.
