“TARTAR SAUCE FOR CATFISH” IS IN:

TARTAR SAUCE FOR CATFISH 
Make sure the fish is fully cooked.

TARTAR SAUCE:

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared sweet relish

Mix mayonnaise and relish. Set aside.

FISH:

2 catfish fillets
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 pinch mustard powder
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Mix all seasonings in a bowl. Season the fish with it.

TO BAKE:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easy with a fork.

Serve with tartar sauce on the side.

Serves 2.
