HOLIDAY PUNCH 
5 qts. cranberry juice
5 c. sugar
4 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
5 tbsp. almond extract
10 qts. ginger ale

Combine all ingredients, add ginger ale when ready to serve. Make ice ring with cherries and thinly sliced lemon. (This is optional.) To make ice ring fill ring mold with water, add lemon slices and maraschino cherries and freeze. When partially frozen, push lemon slices and cherries to bottom of mold and freeze solid. When ready to serve, place ice ring in punch bowl and pour punch over adding ginger ale. Serves 75 punch cup sizes.
