SOUR DOUGH COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. sour dough starter
1 1/3 c. bread flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix slightly and pour into pan (deep dish pie plate). Do not let rise. 1/4 c. ground nuts 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. flour

Mix sugar, flour and nuts; sprinkle over cake. Dot with butter in small pieces, over top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
