MICROWAVE CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
3 qt. popped corn

Mix and boil in the microwave the first four ingredients for about 2 minutes. Add 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and stir well. Spray paper bag and add 3 quarts popped popcorn. Pour caramel over corn. Close bag and shake. Put bag in microwave and cook 1 1/2 minutes on high. Take out bag. Shake and cook again 1 1/2 minutes. Do this last step one more time. Pour into a bowl and enjoy!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
