BAKED MOSTACCIOLI 
8 oz. mostaccioli pasta
1 lb. ground beef
4 c. spaghetti sauce
1 1/4 c. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook mostaccioli. Saute ground beef, drain fat. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine Ricotta, Mozzarella, egg, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well. Combine mostaccioli and meat sauce.

In greased 2 quart casserole layer 1/2 mostaccioli mixture, all cheese mixture and remaining mostaccioli mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6-8.
