CHERRY - TOPPED EASIER PIE 
14 whole graham crackers
1 (6 serving) pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding
2 c. cold milk
1 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Line 9 inch square pan with whole graham crackers, breaking crackers if necessary, to fill pan. Combine pudding mix and milk in bowl. Beat slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer until well blended, about 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Then blend in whipped topping. Spread 1/2 the pudding mixture over the crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding mixture and remaining crackers. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill 3 hours. Makes 9 servings.
