LEMON CHICKEN | |
2 lbs. chicken Lemon pepper ReaLemon Salt Pepper Parsley to garnish In dripping pan, pour in ReaLemon and add chicken, slowly turning it over in the lemon to saturate meat. Sprinkle with lemon pepper, salt and pepper. Add parsley on top. Cover with tin foil. Let bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove tin foil and bake an additional 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 4. |
