CINNAMON SYRUP 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

In small pan, combine sugar, syrup, water and cinnamon. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 2 minutes. Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes. Stir in milk. Serve warm over pancakes, waffles or French toast. Leftover syrup can be reheated.
