1 to 2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. flour

Mix ingredients and pat into bottom of long Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cream cheese and sugar; add Cool Whip. Spread on crust.

THIRD LAYER:

1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant Jello pudding
1 lg. pkg. chocolate instant Jello pudding
3 c. milk

Mix pudding with milk. Spread on cheese mixture. Garnish with shaved chocolate if desired.
