CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
2 c. vanilla wafers
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) Nestle's milk chocolate morsels
1/2 c. milk
1 env. unflavored gelatin
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. heavy whipped cream
1 c. ground toasted almonds
1/2 c. sugar

In bowl, combine wafer crumbs, almonds, butter, and sugar. Mix well. Pat firmly into 9 inch pan, covering bottom and sides. Melt chocolate morsels over hot water. Stir until smooth; set aside. Pour milk into saucepan; sprinkle gelatin on top. Set aside for 1 minute. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin dissolves. Set aside. In bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and melted morsels. Heat until fluffy. Beat in gelatin mixture and almond extract. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over prepared pan and chill. Serves 8.
