CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 (1 oz.) pkg. pre-melted chocolate
2 tbsp. rum or brandy
2 tsp. instant coffee
4 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. very hot milk

Nestle's Choco-Bake unsweetened baking chocolate in premelted form package.

Put first 4 ingredients in blender, separate eggs and add yolks to blender. Beat egg whites into meringue. Start blender and add hot milk. When thoroughly blended and airy (don't under beat), fold in egg whites and chill at least 4 hours.
