TABOULI 
1 c. bulgar wheat
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. olive oil
2 lg. tomatoes, diced, seeds removed
4 green onions, cut up
1 c. chopped parsley

Pour boiling water over bulgar, add salt and cover for about 20 minutes. Stir in next 3 ingredients and chill for 2 hours. Add vegetables just before serving. Serve on lettuce leaf.
