1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. salad dressing
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. shredded unpared cucumber
1/4 c. finely sliced green onion

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the next 4 ingredients. Beat smooth with electric or rotary beater. Add lemon juice. Chill until thick but not set. Stir in cucumber and onion. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Serves 4.
