1 lb. med. cheese, grated
1 onion, grated
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
Dash of black pepper & cayenne pepper
Strawberry preserves

Mix all ingredients together, except strawberry preserves. Spray a ring mold with Pam. Place mix in mold and refrigerate until firm. Turn out when ready to serve. Fill center of ring with strawberry preserves. Serve with crackers.
