CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate (4 oz.)
2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Sifted powdered sugar

Melt chocolate over low heat; cool. Combine flour and baking powder. In a large mixer bowl, combine sugar, oil, vanilla, and melted chocolate. Beat in eggs. Add dry ingredients; beat until well combined. Cover; chill 1 hour or until easy to handle. Using 1 tablespoon dough for each cookie, shape into balls; roll in powdered sugar.

Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm and slightly browned. Remove from cookie sheet. While still warm, roll again in sifted powdered sugar. Cool in wire rack. Makes 48.
