PORK PIE 
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Pinch of cloves (optional)
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Hot boiled potato

Saute onion in butter until clear. Add the meats, cooking until brown. Add a little water just enough to let meat peek through. Simmer until done. Then add seasonings. Last, mash hot potato into meat. Put into pie plate already lined. Cover with pastry. Brush crust and bake until brown at 400 or 425 degrees.
