PORK PIE 
2 or 3 lbs. ground pork
4 or 5 med. cut up potatoes
3 or 4 onions, cut up sm.

Simmer 3 or 4 hours, cool. Add dry seasons: 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Pepper & salt 1 tsp. poultry season

Stir, simmer 20 minutes. Put into pie crust and bake at 375 degrees until brown.
