CRUNCHY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. chicken, cooked & cut in bite-size pieces
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Sharp cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. potato chips, finely crushed
Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 2 quart casserole, mix chicken, celery, green pepper, mushrooms, pimentos, nuts, seasonings, lemon juice, onion and mayonnaise. In the following order, layer cheese, chips and Parmesan cheese.

Cover and bake 35 minutes. Uncover and brown 5 to 7 more minutes. Serves 6.
