4 lg. sweet potatoes
5 c. sugar
7 eggs
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. nutmeg
1 c. Pet or Carnation milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon
4 pie shells

Boil potatoes until done. Peel, then mash potatoes. Mix all ingredients together. Beat until smooth. Pour into 4 pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
