KIELBASA IN BEER & ONIONS 
4 tbsp. butter
2-3 onions, sliced
3-5 carrots, sliced
1 kielbasa (2 lb.)
2 bottles beer
Salt & pepper

In heavy skillet melt butter and saute onions and carrots. Add kielbasa and brown, 3-4 minutes on each side. Pour beer over; bring to boil. Then simmer 30 minutes or until sauce reduces to syrup consistency. Serve over noodles, potatoes or rice. Be sure to have rolls available for dipping into the sauce, it's fantastic.
