CANNILLONIA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3/4 lb. cottage cheese
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 can grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 boxes manicotti shells
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce

Brown beef and Italian sausage with onion and bell pepper until crumbly. Remove from heat and drain.

Mix cottage cheese, eggs and Parmesan cheese together with meat. Boil shells for 4 minutes only, dip in cold water, then stuff with mixture. Place in large baking dish. Pour half of spaghetti sauce in bottom.

Place shells in then pour remaining sauce over. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 to 40 minutes.
