2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. milk
1 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
