SNOW BALL CAKE 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
4 tbsp. cold water
1 c. hot water
1 c. white sugar
1 pkg. frozen coconut
1 lemon (juice only)
1 lg. can crushed pineapples
3 boxes Dream Whip
1 lg. angel food cake
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries

Soften gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapples including juice. Chill until firm. Whip 2 boxes Dream Whip as directed. Fold in gelatin mixture. Break angel food cake into small pieces.
