TOMATO-FLAVORED SALAD DRESSING 
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 (6 oz.) can tomato juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
3 tbsp. olive oil

In small bowl whisk together all the ingredients except olive oil. When well blended, add the oil and whisk until thoroughly blended. CHILL before serving.

No-Salt V8 may be used.
