1 box Jiffy muffin mix
1 egg
1/4 c. milk

Put paper baking cups in muffin pan. Search for large mixing bowl. Put in mix. Break egg over bowl (few shell pieces ok). Add some milk. Stir until arm tires. Hold bowl in air, tip, pass muffin pan back and forth under bowl to fill cups. Wipe up dribbles and eat. Put in 400 degree oven; bake for 13 to 15 minutes. If black on top, still ok. Let dog lap out bowl. Hose down kitchen. Eat delicious muffins anytime in next 30 days.
