STEAK SAN MARCO 
2 lb. chuck steak (cut into serving pieces)
1/2-1 env. onion soup mix
1 can (16 oz.) peeled tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Salt to taste
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar

In large skillet, arrange meat; cover with soup mix and tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, oil, and vinegar. Simmer 1 1/2 hours covered or until meat is tender. Serves 4-6.
