STEWED TOMATOES 
1 c. tomatoes or juice
1 stick celery, sliced
1 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper

Cook tomatoes, celery and onions on medium heat for 10 minutes in a covered pan. Add other ingredients along with a few bread crumbs. Cook for 2 or 3 more minutes. Can be used as an appetizer if made with tomato juice and leave out bread.
