COLE SLAW DRESSING 
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. oil (salad or olive)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt

Bring to a boil - cool slightly. Pour over 1 large head cabbage and 1 large onion. Green pepper and grated carrot, optional. Will keep in refrigerator for several weeks. Great to have on hand when you're stuck for salad idea.
