CARAMEL CORN 
10 qts. popcorn, popped
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil all together except corn for 5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon baking soda. Pour over corn. Put in flat pan at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Stir 2 to 3 times.
