PARKAY OATMEAL COOKIES 
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) Parkay margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup oatmeal
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
1 cup raisins (optional)

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cream margarine and sugar, add eggs and vanilla; blend well. Add oatmeal and rest of ingredients.

Mold mix by rounded teaspoonful into balls and press with fork dipped in water.

Variation: Add 1 cup chocolate chips instead of raisins.

Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
